Ava Labs is entering a critical growth phase to better serve its clients and the broader community. To help drive this growth, Ava Labs is seeking a VP of Strategic Initiatives; a senior leader driving strategic growth initiatives and partnerships, forging high-level relationships, leading cross-functional initiatives, and overseeing large-scale partner engagements across multiple verticals.
What You Will Do
- Drive the most innovative and high-impact partnerships within Ava Labs, breaking into new verticals and delivering revenue-generating opportunities
- Develop, lead, and refine comprehensive partner enablement programs that streamline partner onboarding, integration, and long-term success
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and partners, focusing on understanding their unique needs and positioning Ava Labs as the ideal partner
- Guide the development of compelling new business proposals and presentations, ensuring they are tailored to the specific needs and objectives of each potential client/partner
- Collaborate with Executives and cross-functional teams to align business development efforts to identify and capitalize on new verticals and opportunities
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships across C-suite stakeholders, leading in-person meetings, conferences, and quarterly business reviews
- Own strategic planning and execution of key partner initiatives, with a focus on maximizing revenue, driving partner performance, and expanding partner portfolios
- Negotiate partnerships/JVs, acquisitions, and mergers as part of strategic corporate development efforts
- Actively network with key industry stakeholders, including potential clients, industry leaders, and referral partners, to continuously expand Ava Labs reach and influence
- Develop and share industry insights through whitepapers, articles, and social media content, positioning Ava Labs as a thought leader in the industry
What You Will Bring
- 15+ years of experience owning a revenue target in a partnerships role with a strong track record of closing enterprise-level deals
- Bachelors degree; Prestigious institution and/or MBA, JD or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience leading strategic partner initiatives, with the ability to think big-picture while also executing and managing day-to-day operations
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build and maintain relationships at the highest levels of partner organizations
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives
- A track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships
