We are currently seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to help Mythical drive player growth across our portfolio of games. You will utilize your expertise in digital advertising, performance marketing, and mobile user acquisition to develop and execute effective user acquisition strategies that deliver high-quality players at optimal costs.
This position would report to our Director of Growth, and would work with other cross-functional teams within Mythical to understand and deliver against company growth and revenue objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-million dollar monthly ad spend across various digital platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic networks)
- Develop and execute targeted UA campaigns tied to major sporting events, tournaments, and calendar milestones
- Develop long-term partnership strategies with major ad networks to maximize value and visibility for our mobile games portfolio
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize bidding strategies, creative approaches, and audience targeting
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets that resonate with sports fans and casual gamers
- Identify and test emerging ad platforms and technologies to diversify acquisition channels
- Monitor and forecast key performance indicators including CPI, ROAS, retention, and LTV
- Build cohort analyses to understand user behavior and spending patterns across different acquisition channels
- Partner with data science team to build and refine attribution models and LTV predictions
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, specifically in the mobile gaming industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling UA campaigns with significant budgets.
- Strong understanding of mobile attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.), probabilistic/SKAN attribution, and analytics tools (Looker).
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies, marketing mix modeling (MMM), and creative optimization strategies.
