The Senior Director, Marketing - Products & Experiences will lead marketing for new properties incubated within the Products & Experiences department at BSE Global. This role will support Executive Leadership by providing thought leadership and primary marketing responsibility to help conceive, launch and grow new businesses in sectors including Digital Media, Live Experiences, and Consumer Products. The individual will set marketing goals, establish target audiences, form commercial strategies & tactics, build multi-channel go-to-market campaigns, and craft measurement frameworks. Additionally, this person will support various marketing functions including developing brand strategy/architecture, crafting visual identities and conceiving full-funnel consumer marketing tactics.
Our ideal candidate will operate as a marketing generalist, bringing an entrepreneurial mentality to develop new brands/concepts and reach priority consumers. They will serve as an internal champion within Marketing, educating the broader team on business goals, strategies & timelines and help to unlock brand and business value. This will entail close collaboration with marketing functions inclusive of Brand and Consumer Marketing, Creative, Content, International Marketing & Innovation, and Merchandising.
