Role Summary

As the Senior Director, Consumer Platform & Payments you will be responsible for driving platform strategy, goals and product initiatives for the Fanatics Live platform that unifies and enables collectors to get the best from of our suite of product offerings.

This includes managing the identification of goals, creating unified platform capabilities and experiences, managing product change across new and existing products and product teams, identifying & implementing high-value actions and cross product journeys, and ensuring seamless integration across consumer experiences and working very closely with our data platform team.

In addition this role will also be accountable to identify underlying platform capabilities and changes in support of the strategies of partner teams developing and evolving vertical products in support their product goals.

While this role has a broader responsibility than payments/wallets, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate high experience with driving payments, wallet and identity capabilities.

The successful candidate is a doer, as much as a leader, and will need to have the highest [1] coordination and communications skills, working with multiple direct and indirect teams, and across several different product goals and lifecycle stages
