About the Role: The SVP, IP Partnerships and College is responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing relationships with current partners, identifying, fostering, and procuring new IP, and leading the growth of the OneTeam college business. This role works with leaders in all facets of the company, as well as our partners, to ensure each partner’s growth and strategic targets are exceeded across all verticals. This role requires the ability to communicate across internal business units as well as different rights holders, evaluate incoming potential partners for strategic fit to OneTeam, negotiate the partnership agreement on behalf of OneTeam, and plan and execute strategies aimed at growing revenue for the college business. This role will be a highly motivated relationship builder, who excels at strategic thinking, problem solving, adaptable communications, and is detail oriented and organized.
