Previously, only leading airlines, retailers and banks could earn commissions by selling their rewards and partnering with merchants.Now, from sports teams to supermarkets to emerging banks, every brand can unlock new revenue streams through their loyalty programs with Kalder.Join us on our mission to democratize access to fintech and rewards tools as a Product Marketer.Our ideal candidate is a natural storyteller with the ability to apply a customer-centric approach to build messaging and value propositions for new products, features and/or programs. You are results-driven, with a passion for using data to build marketing initiatives that solve business and customer problems.In this role you will be responsible for the creation and execution of our product marketing strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and more to ensure our products meet customer needs and are positioned for success in the market.This role is onsite 3 days a week out of our New York City office.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive strategies through product launch plans including audience definition, product positioning, and messaging architecture.Define target customer segments and create compelling value propositions for each segment.Evaluate product market fit through customer research to find growth opportunities and improve user experiences within our product offerings.Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product improvements and incorporate learnings into customer growth initiatives.Analyze product performance and market data to make recommendations for improvements.Take a data-driven approach to campaign strategy focusing investments on the most impactful customer outcomes and specific KPIs.Think outside of the box of how we can continue to super charge our growth flywheel by driving conversion, product utilization, and organic growth.Execute in-product promotion strategy to meet business objectives including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation.Understand and represent the voice of the customer to shape the roadmap, and to ensure product development aligns with market needs and customer demand.Identify ways to activate new channels, create new content partnerships, and generally spread the word about KalderDevelop and execute targeted demand generation campaigns to support new customer acquisitionAbout YouMinimum of 7 years of Product Marketing experienceExperience required: FinTech, Loyalty/Rewards, Marketplace, and/or fast paced startup environment
