Bringing a sustainable approach towards onboarding football fans to the web3 ecosystem. We are looking for someone to join us in achieving this mission, adding your influence and expertise to enable the growth and maintenance of this opportunity.
The new Product Manager will provide business critical insights using analytics, ensure cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and help the OFC team drive new initiatives forward. You will collaborate with key partners including Customer Success, Data Science, User Research & Design, and Product Marketing.
YOUR ROLE
- Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with teams across engineering, design, and business to drive product initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and impact.
- Product Planning & Reporting: Lead product planning and reporting, capturing priorities from the business to ensure the roadmap aligns with strategic goals.
- Operational Efficiency: Design and implement scalable processes, tools, and best practices to drive standardization and efficiency across the product organization.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain a central repository of product documentation and resources, ensuring easy access and up-to-date information for the team.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate and refine operational strategies to boost product effectiveness and team productivity.
YOUR PROFILE
- Strategic Vision: You have a strong grasp of product strategy and the ability to align business goals with user experience. You understand the fan ecosystem, particularly in football, and how digital experiences can elevate their engagement.
- User-Centric: You are empathetic, with the ability to deeply understand user behaviours, particularly in building loyalty and gamification strategies that resonate with diverse audiences, whether it’s die-hard football fans or Web3 enthusiasts.
- Creative Leadership: You bring a proven track record of creativity, innovation, and execution. You thrive in environments that challenge the status quo, pushing boundaries to deliver flawless and daring product experiences.
- Web3 Expertise: Knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem, including digital asset ownership, NFTs, and blockchain technologies, is a major plus. You are excited about leveraging these technologies to create revolutionary fan experiences.
- Communication & Collaboration: With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you can work cross-functionally with diverse teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to drive product initiatives forward.
- Data-Driven: You leverage data insights to inform product decisions and enhance user experiences. You understand the importance of reputation systems, loyalty programs, and seamless digital asset integration in fan ecosystems.
- Passion for Football: Whether it’s understanding the global fan base of football or diving deep into fan engagement strategies, your passion for the sport drives your creativity and empathy for the fan journey.
