Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Relationship Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing our strategic partnerships throughout the tokenization process. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the execution of these relationships, managing value exchanges, and promoting the partnerships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Management:
- Establish, manage, and nurture relationships with various partners including VCs, Market Makers, Exchanges, Media Outlets, Development Firms, Legal Firms, etc.
- Ensure all partnerships are active, engaged, and delivering mutual value.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Content Creation & Promotion:
- Create compelling content to promote partnerships.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to highlight the benefits and successes of our partnerships.
- Business Development:
- Utilize partnerships to drive deal flow, generate leads for our tokenomics consulting services, and attract potential investors and clients.
- Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Work with accelerator companies to foster growth and development through strategic partnerships.
- Value Management:
- Ensure each partnership delivers expected value, including deal flow exchanges, investor connections, consulting clients, and accelerator sponsors.
- Identify and implement strategies to maximize the benefits of each partnership for Denarii Labs and our portfolio companies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the blockchain and tokenomics landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging content and promotional materials.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple relationships and projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to driving business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with VCs, Market Makers, Exchanges, Media Outlets, Development Firms, and Legal Firms.
- Familiarity with the tokenization process and blockchain technologies.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a consulting firm or accelerator.
