As the Lead Product Designer at Trace, you will be responsible for crafting an engaging, gamified experience that keeps fans returning match after match. You'll design intuitive user flows, interactive mechanics, and visually compelling interfaces that make claiming, collecting, leveling up, and interacting with live matches irresistible.

By applying game design principles—such as progress tracking, achievements, and incentives—you will create rewarding experiences that enhance fan engagement and retention. Collaborating closely with product, creative, and development teams, youʼll ensure that every interaction feels dynamic, immersive, and seamlessly integrated into the broader sports ecosystem.
