What You’ll Be Leading Like a Boss
- Orchestrate the magic behind our live games and digital collectibles — plan, tweak, scale, and surprise fans weekly (or daily if you're that bold).
- Build and own our LiveOps strategy — drive retention, engagement, and monetization like you’ve done this a hundred times (because you probably have).
- Drop fresh content like clockwork: events, challenges, quests, surprises — whatever makes our community light up.
- Partner with Product like PB&J — keep LiveOps perfectly in sync with the broader product roadmap.
- Make the money math work — own P&L, budgets, and forecasts. Ship magic.
- Spot the growth levers — test bold ideas, measure impact, and scale what works.
- Lead a dream team of PMs, engineers, designers, and marketers — rally the squad, crush goals, high-five often.
- Mentor and coach like a player-coach — we’re growing fast and so is your team.
- Launch events and campaigns that go viral (or at least cause a friendly Discord riot).
- Turn feedback and data into insights that shape future updates and keep fans coming back.
What You Bring (Besides Your Awesome Self)
- Experience in gaming, LiveOps, Product, or anything that moves fast and keeps fans hyped.
- You’ve managed live games, digital products, or collectible ecosystems — bonus if you’ve danced with NFTs.
- Fluent in budgeting, forecasting, and knowing where the profit’s hiding.
- You’ve run cross-functional teams like a boss — from concept to content drop.
- You speak analytics, but you also speak “player joy” — you care about experience as much as numbers.
- Communication skills that get buy-in from execs, teammates, and community mod leads alike.
