Position Overview:
The Head of Growth will play a critical role in driving the strategic and tactical initiatives that will fuel user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of web3 ecosystems, an experimental and data-driven approach, and a passion for partnership management. You will be responsible for leading a small team of contributors to collaborate across functions—marketing, product, partnerships, and engineering—to craft and execute a growth strategy that delivers stellar results.
**Key Responsibilities:**1. Growth Strategy Development:
- Define, implement, and refine a scalable growth strategy that drives user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across our product suite.
- Develop growth models and KPIs tailored to web3 dynamics, with a focus on decentralization, community, and token-based incentives.
- Identify growth levers and test growth hypotheses through rapid experimentation.
- Partnerships & Business Development:
- Identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships to drive growth and expand product reach.
- Design campaigns with web3 projects, exchanges, and ecosystems that amplify growth by leveraging cross-marketing strategies with partner communities.
- Analyze the market and tap into your network to identify potential collaboration opportunities, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Data-Driven Growth:
- Lead data analysis and growth modeling to identify opportunities and measure effectiveness.
