Role Overview

SWEAT Foundation is seeking a highly driven and ambitious

Head of Finance and Operations

to join our agile team. In this role, you’ll operate as a senior cross-functional leader responsible for translating strategy into execution and reporting directly to the CEO/Co-founder. You’ll oversee financial health, treasury operations (fiat and crypto), token liquidity, commercial negotiations, as well as supporting the CEO in building relationships with investors and onchain market players. The biggest overall objective will be to get Sweat Foundation to profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, reporting, forecasting and budgeting to ensure financial accuracy and strategic alignment.
• Oversee treasury operations, ensuring capital efficiency, liquidity management, and risk mitigation across fiat and crypto.
• Manage relationships with centralized exchanges and token market makers, while utilizing on-chain data analysis to optimize listing strategies and monitor token performance.
• Support the CEO with data-driven insights and drive strategic planning across financial, operational, and organizational levers.
• Maintain communication with investors, prepare updates and materials, and support capital raising initiatives.
• Oversee legal, compliance, and entity management across jurisdictions in coordination with external counsel.

Skills And Qualifications

• 5+ years in start-up finance, strategy or operations (Web3/crypto or fintech experience is a big bonus)
• Strong experience with budgeting, financial planning, and treasury (crypto + fiat)
• Understanding of token economics, market making, and on-chain data
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and scale remote operations
