Role Overview

Sweat Foundation is seeking an exceptional Head of B2B Sales to lead and scale the commercial side of our business. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for designing and executing our B2B sales strategy, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue across our suite of advertising, user-acquisition, and token-launch products.

You will own the full commercial pipeline, from positioning and pricing to forecasting and closing strategic deals with leading Web3 and consumer-tech projects. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership, hands-on sales execution, and team-management, with a strong bias towards operating in fast-paced, early-stage environments.

You will report directly to the CEO/Co-Founder and collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure Sweat continues to be the #1 distribution engine for consumer crypto projects.
