What You’ll Do

• Own and scale core financial models and forecasting processes, including opportunities to lead functional ownership of key profitability drivers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, and Ops teams to evaluate business opportunities and develop robust financial analyses
• Translate ambiguous questions into structured, actionable insights - helping business stakeholders understand the “what” and “why” behind performance
• Drive comprehensive performance analysis across business segments, identifying growth opportunities, risks, and areas requiring attention
• Support month-end close through efficient reporting, forecast vs. actuals variance analysis, and metric-driven performance reviews
• Develop and maintain investor-facing materials such as board decks and fundraising presentations, while also building internal dashboards to surface key financial and operational metrics
• Partner across teams to lead fast-moving strategic initiatives like new category launches and go-to-market campaigns, ensuring financial clarity and impact at every step

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or strategic finance/business operations within a high-growth tech company
• Exceptional command of financial modeling and quantitative analysis, with a track record of tackling ambiguous problems and delivering clear, actionable insights
• Strong analytical toolset - SQL or data analysis experience preferred, or a clear desire to learn
• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and align cross-functional partners
• High attention to detail, with a bias for action and a self-starter mentality
