You will be responsible for owning core financial models, partnering with cross-functional teams, and quarterbacking strategic initiatives across the business.

What You’ll Do
- Own and scale core financial models and forecasting processes, including opportunities to lead functional ownership of key profitability drivers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, and Ops teams to evaluate business opportunities and develop robust financial analyses
- Translate ambiguous questions into structured, actionable insights - helping business stakeholders understand the “what” and “why” behind performance
- Drive comprehensive performance analysis across business segments, identifying growth opportunities, risks, and areas requiring attention
- Support month-end close through efficient reporting, forecast vs. actuals variance analysis, and metric-driven performance reviews
- Develop and maintain investor-facing materials such as board decks and fundraising presentations, while also building internal dashboards to surface key financial and operational metrics
- Partner across teams to lead fast-moving strategic initiatives like new category launches and go-to-market campaigns, ensuring financial clarity and impact at every step
What You’ll Bring
- 6+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or strategic finance/business operations within a high-growth tech company
- Exceptional command of financial modeling and quantitative analysis, with a track record of tackling ambiguous problems and delivering clear, actionable insights
- Strong analytical toolset - SQL or data analysis experience preferred, or a clear desire to learn
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and align cross-functional partners
- High attention to detail, with a bias for action and a self-starter mentality
