The Fan Engagement team at F1 is looking for a Fan Engagement Executive to join the team and support an exciting period for fan engagement at F1. This is a hands-on, high output role and you will see at first hand the inner workings of a multi-billion dollar sports business. You will be involved in a number of areas that will firmly place F1 at the forefront of fan engagement.
We’re looking for a self starter to join us at this exciting time and help us take the next step forward. You will come from an industry that is engaging consumers in a highly personalised, highly relevant way. This is an all-round role. You will be responsible for supporting tactics that will grow the F1 fanbase and then managing campaigns that will ultimately seek to increase revenue from F1 fans.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the campaign delivery for F1 Unlocked, driving database acquisition and engagement, backed up through analytics and insights.
- Manage creative process for F1 TV subscriber lifecycle – acquisition, welcome, in-life engagement, churn prevention and winback.
- Support the delivery of highly personalized, highly targeted programmes that drive revenue back to F1 - F1 Store, F1 Tickets, F1 Authentics, etc
- Own the Fan Engagement Marketing Planning Calendar, ensuring it is up to date and shared with key stakeholders
- Manage tracking of all licencee and partner contractual obligations.
- Manage campaign reporting & insight for all activities.
About You
- Experience in a customer marketing role – client or agency side – managing lifecycles.
- Experience in the Sport sector
- Experience supporting growth (data records and revenue) from a complex database with highly personalised communications
- Knowledge of delivering insight led engagement campaigns from briefing through to execution and reporting
- Ability to understand data to drive changes in fan behaviour
- Able to prioritise workload in a high output environment
- Able to filter high volumes of information to focus on key insights
- Working knowledge of communication channels
- Personable with ability to persuade and influence stakeholders
- Collaborative communicator in-person and virtually
