About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate web3 Digital & Social Media Manager to join our dynamic web3 team at Veloce Media Group. This role is centred around crafting and managing innovative social media content and community engagement strategies across platforms including Discord, X and Telegram. The position demands a strong native understanding of web3, including (but not limited to) knowledge of industry trends, technologies, brands and players. The ideal candidate has a strong background in social media, a creative flair for content creation, and an excellent understanding of web3 and gaming culture.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily management and strategic growth of Veloce’s web3 social media channels, including X, Discord, and Telegram.
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies in collaboration with the Marketing and Content departments to increase Veloce's presence and community engagement in web3.
- Manage and create engaging multimedia content from ideation to delivery, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging that aligns with brand and web3 community values.
- Implement community management strategies that foster a vibrant community, increase the follower base, and enhance user engagement through regular interactions and innovative activations.
- Coordinate and launch new campaigns and competitions that promote Veloce’s web3 initiatives and resonate with both gaming and web3 communities.
- Analyse social media engagement metrics and provide regular detailed reports with actionable insights to optimise strategies and content.
- Stay updated with the latest trends on social media, web3, and gaming, applying this knowledge to enhance Veloce’s position as a leading figure in these sectors.
- Engage daily with community members and moderators across various platforms, maintaining a positive environment and actively responding to feedback.
- Work closely with the marketing and web3 team to track engagement and growth against KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to improve outcomes.
Skills Required:
- 2-3 years of experience in web3 social media management
- Self-starter mentality driven by hunger to learn and ambition to be the best.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and accurate web3-related content.
- Proven track record of developing social media strategies and content that drives engagement and growth.
- Solid organisational and project management skills, capable of working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Experience with community management and a strong understanding of Discord, Telegram, and other social media platforms essential for web3 communities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
