Summary: The Brand Manager will drive the brand strategy and integrated functional alignment of all seasonal brand campaigns and oversee the execution of assigned F1 Miami Grand Prix marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver imaginative programs that deliver against the company’s brand and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ensuring the highest levels of quality, creativity and revenue-driving marketing plans for the organization.
Location: This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated marketing plans for campaigns, working in close partnership with cross-functional teams and coordinating with key stakeholders.
- Author and deliver marketing strategy briefs and plans grounded in insights and incorporating input from relevant teams.
- Lead go-to-market strategies, overseeing the entire process from ideation through execution and reporting.
- Ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across prospective and existing customers/fans.
- Collaborate with the Digital, Social, Creative/Content, Analytics and Events teams on creating 360-degree marketing plans.
- Coordinate closely with Project Management team to manage budget and timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Be the eyes, ears and voice of the consumer/fan, leveraging your understanding of insights, demographics and psychographics to influence marketing initiatives.
- Mentor and lead team members, fostering a culture of integrity, innovation, teamwork and results. Facilitate cross-functional communication and organize regular team meetings to enhance collaboration.
- Participate in weekly status meetings to work through issues and set priorities for the week.
- Act as primary contact to assigned internal stakeholders, continually fostering relationships, building trust and being seen as a valuable resource.
- Clearly understand the competitive environment by regularly conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decision making.
- Drive visionary, big-picture ideas that are not only creatively compelling but also align with organizational standards to solve problems and protect brand equity.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4+ years of marketing experience including a track record of delivering projects in a fast-moving environment, ideally at a notable mid/large size brand or agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
